About the Role

The Program and Services Manager provides leadership and oversight for assigned residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports for individuals with diverse abilities. This role is responsible for leading employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering positive relationships with families and community partners, and ensuring services are delivered safely and in accordance with organizational policies and funding requirements.

Role Complexity: This role requires experience with behavioural supports (feeding and hygiene). Experience with Community Care Regulations and 24/7 staffed model.
