Application Process
If you’re a caring, dedicated person who believes in creating a more connected and inclusive community, we invite you to apply. Here’s how:
- Fill out and submit an online application.
- Meet with a few of our Leadership Team members for an interview.
- Get a Criminal Record Review from the Ministry of Justice as well as a Driver’s Abstract.
- We check your references.
- You get a Tuberculosis test and we check your vaccination record.
- Once you’re hired, we bring you in for training and orientation.

I know what the work we do entails and how to do it, but why do I do it? I do it because where else do I get to go to work for my day and dance, drum, sing, create, bake, do crafts, paint, garden, go swimming, bowling and all the other activities and adventures that working in community can bring.
