NEXUS Community Support Society is a non-profit organization providing person-centred services that promote independence and belonging in Creston, Cranbrook, Invermere, Kamloops, and Revelstoke. We are committed to fostering inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation for people with diverse abilities across these communities, and we encourage applications from individuals who live in and care about the regions we serve.
As a governance Board, meetings are held virtually and take place on a quarterly basis. Board members may also participate in committee meetings between quarterly meetings to support governance and organizational priorities.

Ideally, you bring experience serving on a not-for-profit board or real-life experience that provides meaningful insight into governance, leadership, finance, the communities we support, or other skills and perspectives that would contribute to strong organizational oversight.
