NEXUS WoodWorX participants are heading to the Creston Farmers’ Market, and we would love to see you there!
Join us on Friday, June 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the market, located at 1103 Cook Street, Creston, BC V0B 1G0. Look for the NEXUS signage when you arrive.
Participants will be selling a variety of handcrafted wooden items, including birdhouses, bat houses, serving trays, charcuterie boards, squirrel houses, garden sifters, decorative flowers, and lattice pieces in a variety of sizes.
Prices range from 15$ up.

Please note that cash only will be accepted.
These items are handcrafted by participants in the NEXUS WoodWorX Program, where they explore woodworking, learn to use a variety of tools, and bring their ideas to life. As their skills and experience grow, they take on increasingly creative and ambitious projects. From practical pieces to unique creations, every project reflects the talent, dedication, and imagination of its maker.
This year, the group has also partnered with the Creston Valley Fall Fair for the second year in a row, helping build benches for the fair. It is another great example of how NEXUS WoodWorX participants are contributing their skills and talents locally.
The group is excited to connect with community members at the market and share the items they have worked hard to create.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Creston Farmers’ Market on June 27!
