As part of our ongoing commitment to quality management and continuous improvement, we would like to announce a change in our leadership structure.

Our current model has served us well, but with our recent growth, it has become clear that it is time to adapt and evolve.

To this end, we are thrilled to announce that…

STEVEN PARKER will take on the role of
Director of Community-Based Services
&
ELAINA ENGLESBY will become
Director of Staff Supported Homes

This transition will take place over a carefully planned period to ensure a smooth and seamless transfer of responsibilities.

Steven will remain available to support the team and help with the transition during this time.

We are excited to see the positive impact this change will bring and are currently working on finalizing which programs will fall under each Director’s purview.
